Include age and type of structure, how facility is used, location(s), surfaces involved (e.g., ceilings, walls, floors, machinery), interior or exterior, other pertinent details.
What is your timeframe for getting the work done? Completion deadline? Scheduling requirements? (e.g. during scheduled downtime, weekends, overnight)
We need the total square footage and dimensions of the project space. If the project includes machinery, bins, or other distinct items, tell us how many and approximate sizes.
We do an onsite assessment before starting any project, yet it’s helpful to see images of the project site in advance. Pictures or videos captured on a smartphone or tablet will suffice.
Please include the name(s) and title(s) of the people who will serve as our point of contact at the job site(s).
Painters USA is a non-union shop. Our employees are e-Verified before they are hired, and they enter an at-will employment relationship with our company. The crews working at your job site will be trained and experienced Painters USA employees. For competitively-bid government and public projects, Painters USA pays the prevailing wage that applies to the location and scope of work.
Painters USA does offer nationwide coverage in the contiguous 48 states along with national account support. We have the capacity to deploy work crews and equipment from centrally located offices in Illinois, Texas and Wisconsin.

We are not a retailer or distributor of any of the products or materials we use, but we will supply you with the names of all products and manufacturers that we use in your project.
There is no one size fits all. Many unique variables contribute to pricing, from current state of the facility to scheduling and deadlines to the coatings and other materials we use. We prepare accurate estimates based on our assessment of these and other variables.
